A creator monetization platform. Creators build real relationships with the fans who already love them, over iMessage and text, and get paid directly for it.

InnerText is built for mature audiences, and explicit content is not allowed on it. Worth knowing up front, because it shapes which creators are a fit and it is the first thing some of them will ask you.

• Start with who you already know. The most valuable thing you bring is the creators already in your phone. A message from you lands somewhere a brand account never will.
• Reach out on Instagram and Twitter in your own voice, from your own account, using the standing you have already built.
• Get them on a call. Your job ends at a booked call that actually happens. We run it with you, so you never have to close, price, or explain the mechanics alone.
• Tell us who is saying yes. You will see the market before we do, and what you learn goes straight into who we go after next.

Who we're hoping finds this

People who already know creators, or who know how to reach them fast. Cold outreach does not rattle you, and you would rather own upside than draw a salary. You want to be early on something rather than employee number forty somewhere else.

If you have worked with creators before, that counts for a lot here. Building their content out, running their social media, editing for them, managing them: any of it. You already know how creators think, what they worry about, and how to reach one without sounding like a pitch. That is most of the job.
