Creator Agreement

About This Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“Creator”) and Vice City Mirchi LLC DBA InnerText (“InnerText,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accepting this Agreement during your creator onboarding on the InnerText platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every term in this Agreement.

This Agreement exists alongside InnerText’s Terms of Use. Where this Agreement addresses the same topic as the Terms of Use, this Agreement controls for creators.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register as a creator or use InnerText’s creator features.

1. Who Can Be a Creator

To register and operate as a creator on InnerText, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Be a legal adult under the laws of your country and jurisdiction
• Have the legal right and authority to enter into this Agreement on your own behalf
• Not be acting under coercion, duress, or on behalf of any third party who controls your participation on the platform
• Pass InnerText’s identity verification process as required at registration or at any point thereafter

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

2. What You Are Agreeing To Do

By registering as a creator, you are making the following affirmative commitments to InnerText and, where applicable, to our payment processing partners:

• You will only upload, share, or distribute content that you have the full legal right to distribute
• You will obtain written consent from every identifiable person who appears in your content before uploading it
• You will verify that every person depicted in your content is at least 18 years of age before uploading
• You will retain records of that consent and age verification for a minimum of seven (7) years
• You will produce those records to InnerText within 48 hours of request
• You will not upload or distribute any content that violates Section 3 of this Agreement
• You will notify InnerText immediately if you become aware of any content on your account that may violate this Agreement

These are ongoing obligations: they do not expire once your account is approved. They apply to every piece of content you upload for as long as your account is active.

3. Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are absolutely prohibited on InnerText. There are no exceptions and no warnings: a single confirmed violation will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any pending earnings, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities.

3.1 Content Involving Minors

Any content that depicts, suggests, or involves a person under the age of 18 in a sexual, exploitative, or abusive context. This includes digitally altered or AI-generated content that depicts minors. InnerText will report any such content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and to law enforcement without exception.

3.2 Non-Consensual Content

Any content that depicts real sexual acts or intimate imagery of any person without documented consent from that person. This includes content originally obtained with consent but redistributed after consent has been withdrawn.

3.3 Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation

Any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or glorifies human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, or physical abuse of any person. Any content that signals forced or coerced participation by any depicted person.

3.4 Escort and Prostitution Solicitation

Any content or messaging that solicits, offers, or arranges in-person sexual services in exchange for money or anything of value.

3.5 SHAFT-Category Content (in text message bodies)

The following categories are prohibited in all text message bodies sent through the InnerText platform: explicit sexual content, hate speech, content promoting alcohol to minors, content promoting illegal firearms, and content promoting illegal drugs or controlled substances. These categories are enforced by InnerText’s automated compliance filter and cannot be bypassed.

3.6 Any Other Illegal Content

Any content that violates applicable federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to laws governing obscenity, child protection, privacy, and telecommunications.

4. Consent of Depicted Persons

If any person other than yourself appears or is identifiable in content you upload to InnerText, you must obtain written consent from that person before uploading. This is not optional.

That written consent must expressly authorize:

• Their appearance in the specific content being uploaded
• The distribution of that content on the InnerText platform
• Access to that content by InnerText subscribers

You must retain a copy of that consent documentation for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of upload. InnerText may request copies of this documentation at any time. If you cannot produce the required documentation within 48 hours of a request, InnerText will remove the content immediately. Repeated failure to produce documentation may result in account termination.

If a depicted person withdraws consent after content has been uploaded, you are required to notify InnerText immediately by emailing support@inner-text.com with the subject line “Consent Withdrawal.” InnerText will remove the content promptly upon receiving a valid withdrawal notification.

5. Age Verification of Depicted Persons

If any person other than yourself appears or is identifiable in content you upload, you must verify that each such person is at least 18 years of age before uploading.

Your age verification must be based on a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driver’s licence) for each depicted person. You must:

• Review the ID before uploading
• Retain a copy of that ID for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of upload
• Produce the copy to InnerText within 48 hours of request

Uploading content that features any person under the age of 18 is a criminal matter. InnerText will terminate your account immediately, forfeit any pending earnings, and report the content and your account information to NCMEC and applicable law enforcement.

Falsely certifying that a depicted person is 18 or older, whether through negligence or intent, is a material breach of this Agreement and may expose you to personal civil and criminal liability.

6. Record-Keeping

You are required to maintain the following records for a minimum of seven (7) years:

• Consent documentation for every identifiable person depicted in your content (see Section 4)
• Government-issued ID records for every identifiable person depicted in your content (see Section 5)
• Records sufficient to establish the date on which each piece of content was created or first published

These records must be available for production to InnerText within 48 hours of request. InnerText may be required to share these records with payment processors, card networks, or law enforcement in connection with a compliance review or investigation. By accepting this Agreement, you authorize InnerText to share records you have provided with those parties for those purposes.

7. What Happens If You Violate This Agreement

InnerText takes content violations seriously. The following consequences apply and may be imposed individually or together depending on the severity of the violation:

• Immediate content removal: the violating content is taken down without notice
• Account suspension: temporary or permanent, at InnerText’s sole discretion
• Account termination: permanent removal from the platform with no right of reinstatement
• Earnings forfeiture: any pending or unpaid earnings at the time of termination may be withheld and forfeited
• Law enforcement referral: where content may constitute a criminal offense, InnerText will report the content and your account information to applicable authorities, including NCMEC
• Civil action: InnerText reserves the right to pursue civil remedies against you for losses caused by your violation of this Agreement

InnerText does not need to warn you before taking any of these actions. The prohibited content categories in Section 3 are absolute. Discovery of a violation is grounds for immediate action.

8. Your Responsibility for Losses (Indemnification)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InnerText, its officers, employees, agents, and payment processing partners from any claim, loss, fine, penalty, or legal expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

• Content you uploaded or distributed on InnerText
• Your breach of any term in this Agreement or the Terms of Use
• Your failure to obtain proper consent or age verification for depicted persons
• Any claim by a depicted person that they did not consent to the content
• Any regulatory action, fine, or card network penalty triggered by your content

This includes fines imposed by payment processors or card networks as a result of prohibited content appearing on the platform. You are the source of the content; you bear the financial consequence of violations that originate from your account.

9. Platform Controls You Are Aware Of

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that InnerText operates the following controls, and that these controls do not reduce your own obligations under this Agreement:

• Age gate: Creators under 18 cannot complete registration
• Phone OTP verification: Your phone number was verified at registration and is retained in InnerText’s records
• Admin approval gate: Your account was reviewed and manually approved by InnerText before you could earn revenue
• SHAFT compliance filter: All outbound text messages you send through the platform pass through an automated compliance filter that hard-blocks prohibited content categories. This filter cannot be bypassed
• Audit log: All messages sent through the platform are logged with verdict and rule version

These controls are platform-level protections. They do not substitute for your obligation to comply with this Agreement.

10. Changes to This Agreement

InnerText may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email using the address on file for your account. Continued use of InnerText’s creator features after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

The version of this Agreement that applies to a given piece of content is the version that was in effect when that content was uploaded.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under this Agreement that is not resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the dispute resolution process set out in InnerText’s Terms of Use.

12. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box during your creator onboarding on InnerText, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement in full
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
• You agree to be bound by every term set out above
• Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and the version number of this Agreement in InnerText’s database
