Refund Policy

InnerText (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a direct SMS-based communication channel between creators and their fans. This Refund Policy governs all transactions processed through the Platform, including subscriptions, pay-per-view (PPV) messages, tips, and voice/video calls.

By completing a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. Subscriptions

InnerText subscriptions grant fans the right to interact with a creator via a dedicated SMS number. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis.

Cooling-Off Period: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of the original charge timestamp. Refund requests submitted after this 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund.

To request a subscription refund, email support@inner-text.com within the 48-hour window. Include the following in your request:

  • Your registered phone number or email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the reason for your request

2. Pay-Per-View (PPV) Messages

PPV messages are digital content delivered directly to your SMS inbox. Once a PPV message has been delivered and unlocked, the transaction is considered complete.

All PPV message purchases are final and non-refundable after delivery.

3. Tips

Tips are voluntary, one-time payments made to a creator. Because tips represent a discretionary transfer of funds with no corresponding content or service obligation, all tip transactions are final and non-refundable.

4. Voice and Video Calls

Voice and video call fees are charged at the time of booking or connection.

Creator No-Show: If a creator fails to join a scheduled call, InnerText will automatically process a full refund to your original payment method. No refund request is required; we will initiate the refund on your behalf.

All Other Interruptions: Refunds are not issued for calls that are interrupted or cut short for reasons other than a verified creator no-show.

5. How to Request a Refund

For all eligible refund requests, contact us at: support@inner-text.com

Include the following in your message:

  • Full name or registered contact information
  • Transaction date and amount
  • Description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days of receiving your request.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval. The time for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@inner-text.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. The majority of billing concerns can be resolved directly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting InnerText support may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account.

8. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following transactions are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees requested after the 48-hour cooling-off period
  • PPV messages once delivered and unlocked
  • All tip transactions
  • Voice and video calls, except in the case of a verified creator no-show

9. Modifications to This Policy

InnerText reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or related to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
