What happens during creator approval

After you submit your application, your account sits in pending until a human on our team reviews it. Most decisions land within one business day. Larger batches can take up to three.

What we're looking at

• Your social profiles. We open every link you submitted and confirm the account is real, public, and active. We're looking for a consistent identity across your platforms: same name, same face, same audience.
• Age. Your DOB is checked against your public social profiles. Anything that suggests you're under 18 is an automatic decline.
• Risk signals. We screen against fraud and sanctions lists. Almost nobody hits this, but it's part of every review.

What you should do while waiting

Honestly, nothing. You don't unlock the dashboard until you're approved, so there's no preparation step. Keep an eye on the inbox you signed up with.

If it's been more than three business days, email support@inner-text.com with the address you applied with and we'll find your application.

If you're declined

The email will state the reason. Common ones:

• Couldn't verify identity: the socials didn't match the name on the application, or were private. You can usually fix this and reapply.
• Underage: automatic, not appealable.
• Audience size: you can come back when you've grown.

Reapplications are allowed unless we say otherwise.
