Add a chatter or alt login
Alt logins let chatters and agency staff reply to fans, manage your vault, and handle fan notes, without accessing your payouts, payment settings, or subscription pricing.
What chatters can do

How to add a chatter
- Go to Settings → Alt Logins.
- Click Add chatter.
- Enter the chatter's email address.
- They receive an invite email with a link to set their password.
- Once they log in, they see your inbox and can start replying as you.
The "Acting as" badge
When a chatter is logged in, a banner shows "Acting as [Your Name]" at the top of the dashboard. All messages they send are logged under their chatter account for audit purposes.
Monitoring chatter activity
Go to Settings → Alt Login Metrics to see each chatter's message count and last active time.
Removing a chatter
- Go to Settings → Alt Logins.
- Click the chatter's name.
- Toggle their status to Inactive; they lose access immediately.
Notes
- There is no limit on the number of chatters you can add.
- Chatters use a separate email and password from your creator account.
- Chatters cannot add or remove other chatters.
