Organize your media vault

Your vault stores all your photos and videos in one place. Organize them into collections and send them as free or PPV content directly from inside the vault.

Storage limits

Your current usage is shown in the storage bar at the top of the vault page.

Creating a collection

1. Go to Dashboard → Vault.
2. Click Create collection.
3. Enter a name (e.g., "Fitness Clips", "Promo Pack 1").
4. Click Create.

Uploading to a collection

1. Open a collection.
2. Click Upload or drag and drop files onto the collection.
3. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV, MP3, M4A.
4. MMS size limits: images ≤ 600KB, video ≤ 3.5MB (larger files sent as a link).

Sending from the vault

Send to a fan (free):

1. Hover over a file in the vault.
2. Click Send to fan.
3. Search for and select the fan.

Send as PPV:

1. Hover over a file in the vault.
2. Click Create PPV.
3. Set the price and optional purchase window.
4. A payment link is generated; send it via the conversation view or mass message.

Deleting files

Select one or more files → click Delete. Deletion is permanent and your storage usage decreases immediately. PPV content that fans have already unlocked remains accessible to them for 24 hours via their existing signed URL.
