Offer a video or audio call to a fan

InnerText lets you sell live video and audio calls directly inside a fan's conversation. Fans pay once and join the call from their phone browser; no app needed.

How to send a call offer

1. Open the fan's conversation in your inbox.
2. Click the phone icon in the message toolbar.
3. Choose Video call or Audio call.
4. Set your price and duration (e.g., 10 minutes for $50).
5. Tap Send offer; the fan receives a purchase link in their SMS thread.

What the fan sees

The fan opens the link on their phone browser, sees your profile photo, the call price, and a Buy now button. After they pay, their status changes to "Purchased."

Starting the call

Once the fan pays:

1. Your dashboard shows the call is Purchased.
2. Click Start call; you join via your browser dashboard.
3. The fan receives a Join link via SMS automatically.
4. Both of you connect through your browsers. No app download needed.

Duration enforcement

The call disconnects automatically when the purchased duration ends. You cannot extend an active call; the fan would need to purchase a new offer.

Pricing tips

• Minimum: $1 | Maximum: $10,000
• Most creators price 10-minute calls at $25–$75 and 30-minute calls at $75–$200
• You keep 80% of the call price you set (processor fees are paid by the fan on top)

Notes

• Calls require a stable Wi-Fi or LTE connection for both parties.
• Fans do not need a camera for audio-only calls.
• Call sessions are not recorded by InnerText.
